Epic Texas Hill Country - NEW RELEASE!

Epic Texas Hill Country - NEW RELEASE!

Texas Hill Country is known as a breeding ground for road cyclists (ever hear of a famous one by the name of "Lance?") and for good reason: it's rolling, undulating terrain and quiet roads are perfect for both intensive training or a more casual Sunday tour.

To film Epic Texas Hill Country our epicRIDE team from Austin Cycle Camp of  Dave Appel, Alexis Hamilton, Zach Horne, Tim Stansbury, and Trey Steele rode the hills, forded the streams and navigated the cattle guards, all with epic style!

Now, you can join them on a 1:25 virtual training ride with over 3,000 feet of climbing, more than two dozen intervals, all over 54 miles. It's intense, it's scenic, it's challenging, it's... FUN!

So go ahead, add some variety to you indoor training, order or download Epic Texas Hill Country today and as a friend or current customer of ours you can SAVE $5.00 by using coupon code TEXAS with your order!

Epic Austin - COMING SOON!

Epic Austin - COMING SOON!

From this point on, when we think of  Austin, Texas, all we'll think of hills, hills and then, even tougher hills, because that's what our Epic Austin shoot turned out to be!

Working with Trey Steele and Dave Appel of Austin Cycle Camp we developed an almost 40 mile ride that started in the center of the city and pretty much stayed within the city limits, while a the same time taking on most of the challenging hillclimbs the city had to offer. The course was based on the city's infamous Tour Das Hugel, an ad hock race that takes place each fall in Austin and which tackles the city's most "painful hills!"

Think over 5,000 feet of climbing! Think grades of up to 24%! Think... HARD!

Our epicRIDE team of Dave Appel, Zach Horne, Lucy Needham and Trey Steele showed us the stuff Austin cyclists were made of on this ride. Boy, were we impressed!

Epic Profile - Austin Cycle Camp

Epic Profile - Austin Cycle Camp

We were lucky enough in our recent Texas shoot to team up the guys from Austin Cycle Camp.

Owners Dave Appel and Trey Steele not only put together two awesome rides to film in the Austin area but also assembled a team of great riders (including themselves) to give us two amazing days of filming.

All told, our epicRIDE team rode over 90 miles and climbed over 8,000 feet over two days - all the time never hesitating for that "extra take" when asked!

Austin Cycle Camp is now planning an Epic Austin Destination Camp for October 20 - 24, so here's YOUR chance to ride the roads and hills that Lance calls home, while at the same time getting an opportunity to experience the great sights, food and entertainment this cycling mecca has to offer!
