New Release - Epic Austin!

New Release - Epic Austin!

Epic Austin takes you on a virtual training ride on the amazing roads and hills of Austin, Texas, home to Lance Armstrong, and features cyclists from Austin Cycle Camp. The route is based on the infamous Tour Das Hugel race held in Austin each fall and takes on 10 of the city's hardest hill climbs with over 4,500 feet of climbing and grades of up to 20%! It's our toughest training ride to date!

This 60 minute DVD includes a new "Just the Ride" menu option which gives indoor trainers, coaches and instructors a choice of either 60 minute and 45 minute versions of the ride to fit their training or class requirements.

The indoor season is just around the corner, so stock up on your epicRIDES virtual cycling DVDs and Digital Downloads, and make that ride inside this winter an epic one!

Epic Profile - Vivian Dunlop

Epic Profile - Vivian Dunlop

Vivian Dunlop has been road cycling for 21 years, racing triathlons for 15 years and teaching/coaching indoor cycling for 7 years. She is a Physical Therapist by training, which enhances her knowledge of anatomy, physiology and exercise. For the last two years she's had the opportunity to teach indoor cycling classes at LifeTime Athletic in Houston, Texas where the cycle studio has two large, gorgeous video screens, a tempting option for Vivian.

You see, Vivian really, really wanted to use those video screens in her classes, so. "After much searching I found the ONLY cycling DVD series that offered a true virtual cycling experience - the epicRIDE series," says Vivian. "I use all of them and tailor the workout to the DVD and the class format being taught (hills, speed, endurance, or anaerobic threshold). The participants really enjoy the scenery and the feeling of being on that particular ride. Their favorite is (perhaps the class has a little bias?) - the new Texas Hill Country Ride!."

Vivian sums it up this way, "As an avid road cyclist myself, I enjoy epicRIDE DVDs as they trully mimic the outdoor experience."

We couldn't agree more!
